Description

You will actively help shape future business processes within the company’s internal SAP project. The role includes guiding processes from conception through rollout, working closely with project stakeholders on process changes, and supporting SAP key users across sales regions and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing future business processes for the internal SAP project

• Support processes from conception through rollout

• Coordinate and align with all project stakeholders to prepare and implement process changes

• Transfer knowledge to the sales locations

• Support SAP key users in sales regions and at headquarters to ensure optimal system utilization

• Independently and flexibly manage day-to-day work, with regular on-site activities in sales regions and at sales locations

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial education

• Several years of SAP experience; experience in wholesale and foreign trade is a plus

• Interest in helping shape company processes

• Confident demeanor and ability to present to groups

• Willingness for multi-day business trips

• Confident use of common MS Office products

• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and independent working style
