Description

You will develop and maintain software solutions for modern machine tools. The role covers database development, interfaces between machines and applications (including Microsoft-365 environments), and the creation of Power Apps and automated Power Automate workflows. You will also support testing and functional verification together with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Concept, develop, and maintain software solutions for modern machine tools
• Build, extend, and optimize databases for industrial applications
• Develop and maintain interfaces between machines, applications, and Microsoft-365 environments
• Create and improve Microsoft Power Apps and automated flows with Power Automate to optimize internal processes
• Maintain, structure, and further develop SharePoint areas, lists, document repositories, and permissions
• Perform functional checks, software tests, and technical coordination with internal specialist departments

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/w/d), ideally with a focus on application development
• Good knowledge of object-oriented software development using C++, C#, or Python
• Knowledge of using AI assistants for code generation (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Knowledge of integrating AI services and APIs into applications
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Experience with software applications, interfaces, databases, and data processing
• Knowledge of industrial communication, networking technologies, and modern protocols (ideally MQTT and OPC UA)
• Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style with technical process understanding
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment in translating technical requirements into working software solutions
