Description

You will develop and improve machine-learning models end-to-end, from data analysis and feature engineering to deployment-ready work and model monitoring. The role also includes testing model effectiveness, conducting experiments with new ML methods, and refactoring production code. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, analysts, developers, and DevOps to build ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop features (feature engineering) for machine-learning models
• Build, train, and improve machine-learning models
• Perform data analysis and draw conclusions supporting product development
• Test model effectiveness and monitor model quality
• Contribute to a platform for automatic training and model management
• Research new methods and algorithms via literature review and prototyping
• Optimize and refactor production code
• Work with Data Scientists, analysts, developers, and DevOps on ML solution development

Requirements

• Strong Python knowledge
• Fundamentals of machine learning, especially classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection
• Ability to evaluate model quality and interpret results
• Object-oriented programming (OOP) knowledge
• Experience with Git
• SQL knowledge and relational databases
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with people from different specializations
• Higher technical education or in-progress studies in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, or related
• Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
