Description

Build and automate business solutions for external and internal users using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. You will analyze processes, design and implement solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate, integrate them with other Microsoft services, and provide technical support, documentation, and user training. The role emphasizes learning and sustainable delivery timelines agreed together with the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop business tools and automations on the Power Platform for client and internal use
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services
• Support Microsoft 365 rollout and optimal use for clients, including MS 365 implementation support
• Collaborate with the team to analyze business and technical requirements
• Provide technical support and maintenance for developed applications
• Work directly with clients (internal and external) to create Power Platform business solutions
• Analyze processes, design solutions, and train users
• Optimize existing solutions and build new apps and automations aligned with client business needs
• Document project and technical processes

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, and automation of processes
• Practical knowledge and experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps
• Experience building solutions using Microsoft Lists and SharePoint Online
• Experience with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, and Office
• Ability to understand business requirements
• Ability to select the best solutions for client needs
• Ability to estimate build and maintenance costs for Power Platform apps
• Ability to plan and build Power Platform apps end-to-end
• Strong communication and customer collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented approach with efficient execution of tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects while maintaining organization and prioritization
• Reliability and ownership of assigned tasks
