Description

You’ll join a development team to contribute to software solutions that improve clients’ processes. The role focuses on growing your technical skills and understanding the broader context of projects, with training and support provided as you ramp up.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development on projects for well-known clients in insurance, telecom, and banking

• Continuously learn within the delivery team and build confidence in your technical work

Requirements

• Completed IT degree (graduate) or at least a 5th-year student in an IT-focused program

• Some experience with backend (Java, .NET) or frontend (React, Angular) from school or personal projects

• Strong interest in programming as a way to solve problems and create meaningful outcomes

• Responsible approach, with the ability to organize work and finish tasks

• Logical thinking, consistency, and attention to detail

• Team collaboration skills (ask questions when needed and share what you learn)

• English proficiency at B2 level
