Description

Work on complex telecom software to improve product quality, reliability, and system behavior. Investigate and help resolve technical issues found during internal testing and in customer environments, while learning product architecture and system behavior. Gradually build expertise in software development practices, debugging, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate technical issues identified during internal testing and on customer sites

• Support root cause analysis and verification of fixes

• Design, implement, and test small software improvements

• Develop and maintain unit tests and automated test cases

• Use approved AI-assisted tools to support learning, troubleshooting, code understanding, testing, and daily engineering tasks

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and system experts across technical domains

• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices

• Build product knowledge and contribute to continuous quality improvements

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of C++17 or later

• Basic experience with Linux, Git, and Gerrit

• Analytical thinking and willingness to solve technical problems

• Openness to using AI-supported tools and modern engineering practices

• Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow in a complex product environment

• Good communication skills in English (B2+, written and spoken)
