Description

You will design UX and UI for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and ensuring consistency across digital channels. You will develop and maintain components and libraries for a design system, run usability research and tests, and recommend product improvements. You will also verify that implemented functionality matches the UX/UI designs and participate in acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design user experience and UI for web and mobile applications (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes)

• Define information architecture and ensure cross-channel UX consistency

• Create and evolve design-system components and element libraries

• Conduct usability research and tests, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements

• Validate that delivered functionality matches UX/UI designs and take part in acceptance tests

• Design enhancements for sales and self-service processes in digital channels

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience for web or mobile applications

• Practical knowledge of design tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Experience with design systems and knowledge of Nielsen heuristics

• Experience planning and conducting usability tests

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

• English language knowledge
