Description

You will lead an AI-driven application modernization program focused on converting an AI technology stack at enterprise scale. You will own delivery management end-to-end—planning, risk and progress reporting, governance, and cross-functional coordination. You will translate high-level objectives into executable delivery plans with engineering, architecture, data teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials
• Monitor and report delivery progress and risks; proactively identify issues and escalate when needed
• Promote project management discipline and a strong delivery culture
• Coordinate across engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to align on delivery objectives and technical direction

Requirements

• Proven track record leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives (code conversion, automated refactoring, application remediation) at enterprise scale
• Proven track record leading complex IT programmes
• Experience defining structured governance at multiple organizational levels and facilitating project steering with senior-level leadership
• Ability to scope, drive, and govern delivery initiatives
• Ability to translate high-level plans into executable delivery plans with SMEs, architects, data teams, and portfolio management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Very good financial and resource management skills
• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Advanced presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills to engage and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
