Description

You’ll start in IT support (remote and on-site) and work with an experienced team while developing into an IT Manager / customer owner. The role includes handling support tickets, setting up and maintaining workstations, and supporting projects involving Microsoft 365, cloud services, and IT security. Over time, you will be responsible for your own customer accounts and help improve IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support (remote & on-site)

• Process and document support requests

• Set up and maintain end-user workstations

• Assist with IT projects (e.g., Microsoft 365, Cloud, IT Security)

• Collaborate closely with the team

• Assume ownership of your own customers (in the future)

• Contribute to the further development of IT environments (in the future)

Requirements

• Strong IT affinity and interest in technology

• First experience in IT (professional or personal) OR relevant business/technical training with an IT focus

• High willingness to learn and motivation

• Structured and reliable working approach

• Enjoy working with people and customers

• Driver’s license class B
