Description

Drive digital products and projects by translating business goals and user needs into a clear roadmap. Work with stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities and acceptance criteria, and validate assumptions using data and user feedback before development.

Partner with development on solution options, integrations, and technical constraints, then verify post-launch impact and decide next steps based on how the product is used.

Responsibilities

• Set product and project direction and priorities
• Turn business goals and user needs into a roadmap; explain what comes first and why
• Understand problems by interviewing users, using data, and verifying assumptions early
• Collaborate daily with engineering to balance benefit, effort, and long-term maintainability
• Create clear scope and acceptance criteria so the team can design solutions effectively
• Measure product impact after release and determine next steps

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing a digital product with demonstrated results
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Ability to separate real needs from requests for specific features; validate assumptions
• Capability to make decisions between conflicting priorities and explain them clearly
• Data-driven and feedback-driven approach; able to identify what information is missing
• Follow-through with transparent communication of changes, risks, and tough decisions
