Description

Create and maintain technical game documentation and supporting materials that communicate business and technical information clearly to different audiences. You will research product samples, gather input from product managers and developers, and compile standardized documents such as Working Documents and Game Rules. Use game screenshots to improve understanding, and continuously review and update documentation with new releases and issues.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain general documentation for Premium games (Working Documents and Game Rules) describing game features and how games work
• Identify documentation needs for different end-user groups
• Research product samples and collect information from product managers and developers
• Analyze, coordinate, prioritize, and compile information into different document types
• Use in-game screenshots to improve user comprehension
• Standardize content across the studio
• Collect user feedback on usability
• Revise documents as new updates and issues appear

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience writing technical software documentation
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advantage)
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail within set timelines
• Excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking
• Experience in the games industry (advantage)
