Description

Install, configure, and run software on end-user workstations, then verify that applications and configurations work correctly. You will execute tasks step-by-step based on deployment documentation and technical instructions, reporting status and any issues. You’ll collaborate with the project team to support the deployment and resolve ongoing technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and start software on users’ workstations

• Verify correct operation of installed applications and performed configurations

• Perform work according to deployment documentation and step-by-step instructions

• Report completed actions, work status, and encountered problems

• Cooperate with the project team during rollout and current technical matters

• Ensure work quality and compliance with project standards

Requirements

• Experience in installing and configuring software

• Comfortable with computer environments and operating systems

• Ability to follow procedures, technical instructions, and documentation

• Accurate, responsible, and detail-oriented working style

• Fast learning of technical knowledge and independent task execution

• English communication at least B2
