Description

You will complete a dual 3-year apprenticeship in IT system integration combining practical training with vocational school lessons. You can expect varied practical phases with real projects and modern technology, an individual training plan, and step-by-step guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support IT workstations; install and configure hardware and software

• Support employees with IT questions

• Learn how computers, servers, and network components communicate

• Gain insight into administration of Windows and Linux systems and virtualized IT environments

• Analyze faults, identify root causes, and solve problems systematically

• Learn about user permissions, data backups, restoration, and protection of IT systems

• Learn PowerShell and gradually take over your own tasks and projects

Requirements

• At least a Realschule diploma with good grades in Mathematics and Computer Science

• Interest in computers, technology, and digital systems

• Enjoy understanding how systems work

• Logical and structured problem-solving approach

• Enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutions

• Careful and reliable working style

• Team-oriented and willing to help others with technical issues

• Openness to learn new topics

• Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
