Description

This is an IT career starter program designed for people starting or developing a career in IT, with no prior IT experience or specific education required. Over 6 months, you’ll work on real IT support and maintenance tasks under supervision, learning user support/ITSM, networking basics, Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, incident handling, and collaboration with second-line support and vendors. Positive evaluation can lead to further employment in IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide user and system support based on ITSM principles
• Support networking and IT systems fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN/DHCP/DNS)
• Work with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Assist with Windows and Active Directory administration tasks
• Configure hardware and software
• Resolve incidents and contribute to a knowledge base
• Coordinate with second-line support and external vendors
• Learn SQL/T-SQL basics and integration platform concepts
• Support TMS/WMS systems
