Description

You will complete a state-recognized apprenticeship in systems integration with practical involvement in IT projects and first hands-on experience.

The training covers complex software development topics, research-related IT use, and how IT infrastructure is coordinated, monitored, and controlled. You will also learn to support users by advising, training, and handling system onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-department IT projects and gain practical experience

• Contribute to the conception, development, and programming of complex software solutions

• Support research projects and learn how IT is applied in research

• Learn how IT infrastructure is coordinated, monitored, and managed

• Support analysis and planning of IT projects and IT systems

• Advise and support employees on IT topics and train them to use new systems

Requirements

• High school diploma: general higher education entrance qualification, subject-related university entrance qualification, or technical college entrance qualification (or nearing completion)

• Good grades in German and Mathematics; interest also in Informatics

• Interest in IT, technology, and digital solutions

• Enjoy working in a team and communicate openly

• Motivation to learn and take responsibility

• Good German skills (at least CEFR C1) in speaking and writing
