Description

You will deeply map selected CEE markets and prepare decision-ready materials to define the next market to enter. Depending on the country, you will evaluate M&A opportunities and build a pipeline of potential targets, or support expansion via local partners and country leadership. You will also take ownership of early market-entry setup, including localization, filling missing functions, initial local integrations, legal specifics, and helping recruit the first team members.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map selected markets and prepare inputs for expansion decisions
• Determine the best market-entry route per country (M&A vs local partners/country manager)
• Build and maintain a database of potential acquisition targets (about 50 targets)
• Support partner sourcing and develop relationships via travel to Europe-based conferences and meetings
• Coordinate market-entry groundwork: localization, missing features, initial local integrations, legal specifics, and early recruiting support

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (ideally Big 4, consulting, or analytics)
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data and spreadsheets
• Ability to operate independently and set priorities in ambiguity
• Willingness to travel across Europe to meet partners
• Fluent English for negotiations; other languages are a plus
• Based in Ostrava; work from the office when not traveling
