Description

You’ll support a fast-growing digital platform expanding across Europe by helping onboard platform workers, assisting families with orders, and contributing to strategy planning for new markets. The role also includes market research (competition, legislation, pricing) and supporting marketing ideas to attract customers and platform workers. You’ll learn daily in a startup environment while helping shape direction during dynamic growth.

Responsibilities

• Help with onboarding of platform workers and support them with what they need
• Communicate with seniors’ families and support/order handling
• Assist the team in forming strategy for Czech/Slovak markets and upcoming European expansions
• Contribute ideas for marketing and for acquiring customers and platform workers
• Support market research for entering new countries (competition, legislation, pricing)

Requirements

• Willingness to take on challenging tasks and handle startup chaos
• Strong communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English or German
• Analytical thinking; ability to support decisions with data
• Basic marketing experience is a plus
• 40 hours/week availability (ideally recent graduate or finishing your degree)
• Sense of humor
