Description

Lead the project management for implementing an AI-enabled recruitment platform and the recruiting technology stack across multiple countries. You will develop project plans and country/enterprise business cases, coordinate implementation specialists, and manage stage gates to measure benefit realization. The role partners with the TA Centre of Excellence Lead, group stakeholders, country project teams, and external vendors throughout a multi-year rollout.

Responsibilities

• Develop country-level and enterprise-wide business cases; model cost and benefit scenarios; present and secure investment

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; build detailed project plans (timelines, milestones, resources, budget estimates)

• Identify project team members and assign responsibilities; coordinate resource allocation across personnel, equipment, and materials

• Perform risk management: identify risks/issues and create mitigation strategies and contingency plans

• Act as primary point of contact; communicate project status, updates, and key decisions via meetings, reports, and presentations

• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations; build a community of subject matter experts in countries

• Monitor expenditures, track budget variances, and coordinate accurate forecasting and reporting with finance/accounting

• Coordinate vendor delivery teams; ensure adherence to project plans and sign off on stage gates (including quality of testing and documentation)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• 5-8 years of project management experience in global organizations implementing people/HR technical systems

• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• MS Excel proficiency, including modeling and scenario planning for business cases

• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and technology trends

• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)
