Description

You will own the sales process for healthcare AI solutions, from first contact and proposals to negotiation and contract closure. You will build and develop key accounts while coordinating closely with the development team to ensure solutions match real customer needs. You will manage territory priorities, maintain the sales pipeline using CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and share actionable feedback with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, first contact, proposals, negotiation, and closing

  • Acquire and close deals with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and imaging networks; develop long-term key accounts

  • Build and develop sales through distributors; select partners and set joint commercial plans

  • Act as the main business contact for customers and distributors; coordinate project handover to the development team

  • Drive country-by-country priorities across CEE, build local networks, and support entry into new markets

  • Use CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to run the pipeline and prepare realistic sales forecasts

  • Collaborate with management, marketing, and development; pass customer and distributor feedback internally

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales results, ideally in healthcare software, health-tech solutions, or pharmaceutical products

  • Established network of relevant contacts

  • University degree

  • Excellent English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for sales outcomes

  • Strong organization skills and ability to drive long and complex sales cases

  • Deep understanding of healthcare purchasing and evaluation processes, including technical/IT assessment, procurement, management, and tenders

  • Ability to sell both directly to healthcare organizations and via distributors

  • Willingness for regular travel across the CEE region
