Description

Develop and integrate software and IT-related systems for a family of autonomous mobile robots built on a modular driving platform with interchangeable superstructures. You will support daily team work including IT hardware management and building new solutions, with a focus on development of the robot.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT hardware

• Integrate the electrical/electronic aspects of the drive platform and superstructures

• Design and produce wiring harnesses, cable bundles, connections, and protective elements

• Integrate power systems, DC/DC converters, fuses, relays, and emergency shutdown components

• Connect on-board computers (NVIDIA Jetson), motor controllers, cameras, LiDAR units, communication modules, and other sensors

• Collaborate with hardware designers, ROS 2 programmers, and external suppliers

Requirements

• Practical experience managing IT infrastructure components and computers

• Practical experience integrating mechatronic devices, machines, robots, or autonomous vehicles

• Ability to read and create electrical wiring diagrams

• Knowledge of common interfaces: CAN, UART, USB, Ethernet, GPIO

• Willingness to learn

• Good English proficiency

• Technical higher education or last years of study
