Support day-to-day troubleshooting, ensure functional alignment with business needs, and reduce incidents by eliminating root causes. Create documentation and a knowledge base for recurring issues, and analyze data to produce reports for clients and your direct manager.

Requirements

• Experience working with WMS/TMS systems
• Very good knowledge of T-SQL
• Effective communication with users and external suppliers/vendors
• Ability to analyze business processes
