Description

Work with an Agile squad to deliver IT implementation and deployment. Partner with senior business stakeholders to elicit requirements, shape the business solution, and support system change implementation through deployment. Validate test scenarios, communicate outcomes, and help drive consistent business analysis practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT implementations with the squad

• Serve as the key interface to drive requirements elicitation and shape the business solution with senior business partners

• Communicate the business drivers behind operational/functional changes and the value they bring

• Understand business problems/needs, consult on options, and propose viable business solutions

• Facilitate implementation and deployment of system changes by providing support, advice, and guidance throughout the change process

• Promote standard methodology among the business analyst community across IT and non-IT divisions and locations

• Lead validation of scenarios needed to test the system and update teams on results

Requirements

• Experience working within an Agile environment as an IT Business Analyst

• Use of business analysis methods: Use Cases, Story Mapping, Process Modeling (BPMN, UML), and Data Modeling (conceptual/logical)

• Experience with Waterfall, V-Model, Scrum, and SAFe

• Team leading/mentoring experience

• Experience writing and implementing testing strategies on projects

• Previous Financial Services experience in securities/FMI is desirable (not essential)
