Description

You’ll provide daily technical support to users, manage and keep records of company hardware (e.g., PCs, printers, network equipment), and support basic infrastructure both at the office and in retail stores. The role also includes installing and configuring devices (PCs, cash register systems, payment terminals), supporting user accounts and access, and performing basic ERP administration (Helios iNuvio). Occasionally, you’ll assist with e-shop product additions/updates (text, images, technical parameters) and support trade fair participation.

Responsibilities

  • Hardware administration and documentation (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices, etc.)

  • End-user support for common technical issues and requests (Windows OS, MS 365, network, printing)

  • Install and configure devices (PCs, POS/cash systems, payment terminals)

  • Technical support for three stores, remotely and via occasional on-site visits

  • Trade fair technical setup and support (booth installation, connectivity, equipment, printing)

  • Basic administration of user accounts, permissions, and internal systems

  • Basic administration of ERP system (Helios iNuvio)

  • Occasional adding and updating of products on the e-shop (texts, images, technical parameters)

Requirements

  • Basic IT knowledge and experience managing devices (hardware, Windows, networking)

  • Independent, careful approach and willingness to learn

  • Ability to communicate with end users

  • Driver’s license group B (advantage)

  • Experience in a similar position or IT education (advantage)
