Description

You will support internal users and help ensure the availability of company systems across Windows/Microsoft and Linux/Unix. The role includes administering corporate/business/accounting and printing systems, working with data and basic databases, and investigating operational incidents using monitoring and logs. You’ll also contribute to small scripting, integrations, and automation to modernize and simplify business processes, with a development focus on practical AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• First-level support for internal users (shared rotation with the team)

• Operate and maintain availability of internal systems

• Administer and develop internal business/accounting and printing systems

• Perform basic database work and handle company data

• Diagnose and resolve operational incidents using monitoring and logs

• Support the administration of network and security components

• Build small tools, scripts, and integrations; automate routine tasks

• Propose improvements to simplify, streamline, and modernize company processes

Requirements

• Basic orientation in IT infrastructure and operating systems (Windows; at least basic Linux knowledge or willingness to learn)

• Basic understanding of networks and general awareness of IT security

• Basic database knowledge or experience working with data

• Ability to write simple scripts or small pieces of code

• Analytical thinking to break down problems and find their causes

• Willingness to communicate with users and colleagues; independence and reliability
