Description

You will start with day-to-day IT support, learning the organization’s hardware, software, and internal IT operations alongside external and senior specialists. As you grow, you’ll expand into the execution agenda, help test and improve IS Evolio, train users, and take on the Evolio superuser and IT Liaison responsibilities between users, IT, and management. You will also contribute to digitization, efficiency, and automation projects (moving gradually toward a role close to an IT analyst).

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to users in cooperation with an external IT technician

• Troubleshoot equipment/software issues; create user guides/manuals; escalate complex problems

• Test new IS Evolio versions and functionalities; collect and evaluate user requests for HW/SW changes

• Onboard new users; train them in MS Office and IS Evolio; create user documentation

• Act as IT Liaison: translate user needs to IT and coordinate smaller IT projects

• Monitor compliance with IT security policies and correct data handling

• Gradually propose digitization, optimization, and automation of processes with management

• As Evolio superuser, manage and update technical and process documentation

Requirements

• Basic IT knowledge

• Good orientation in Windows and standard business software (Microsoft environment)

• Interest in AI and new technologies and willingness to bring ideas

• Ability to handle unfamiliar problems and find solutions

• Strong analytical thinking, good decision-making, and efficient work organization

• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues

• Reliability, consistency, and flexible approach to operational needs

• Willingness to learn and grow; no degree or years of experience required
