Description

In this strategic advisory-led role, you act as a Subject Matter Expert for Life Sciences organizations and lead complex platform architecture and technical configurations for either Veeva Clinical Operations or Veeva Regulatory. You design and execute platform configurations, custom workflows, and enhancements, and guide clients through migrations from legacy/on-premise systems to SaaS using structured change management to accelerate adoption and reduce operational risk. You collaborate with internal product management and R&D engineering teams to shape future releases, and you mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms
• Lead enterprise client migrations from legacy/on-premise systems to modern SaaS platforms
• Drive structured change management to support adoption and minimize operational risk
• Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs and technical trade-offs
• Work with internal Product Management and R&D engineering teams to influence product roadmaps
• Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants

Requirements

• 8+ years implementing/supporting/administering core business/IT operations technology with hands-on configuration (ideally ECM)
• Proven technical leadership and ability to lead project teams and negotiate complex trade-offs
• Experience with Veeva Vault and/or enterprise CRM or cloud architectures in regulated industries
• Proven change management experience driving adoption for legacy to cloud migrations
• Mentorship experience coaching junior consultants or technical team members
• Strong analytical skills and fluent English communication
• Residency in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (no visa sponsorship)
