Description

In this strategic, advisory-led role, you’ll partner with life sciences organizations to help evolve their Veeva cloud platforms. You’ll translate client needs into scalable solution designs, proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, and perform hands-on configuration. You’ll also guide clients through evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Align client business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains

• Act as a strategic advisor: turn requirements into scalable solution designs, recommend best practices, identify risks, and surface system improvement opportunities

• Perform hands-on configuration to deliver system enhancements and support client adoption of new Veeva releases

• Lead client communication and collaborate with internal Veeva Product and Services teams to align expectations and share field insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions (implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting) for external B2B clients

• Strong problem-solving agility to analyze complex business needs and deliver practical technical solutions

• Fluent English communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent relevant experience

• Physical residence in Poland and full legal authorization to work locally (no employment visa sponsorship)
