Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Life Sciences organizations, leading complex platform configurations, custom workflows, and system enhancements on Veeva Vault (Clinical or Regulatory). You will guide enterprise clients through migrations from legacy/on-premise systems to modern SaaS, using structured change management to accelerate adoption and minimize operational risk. You will also collaborate with Product Management and R&D engineering to provide feedback and help shape future product releases.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms
• Guide enterprise clients through legacy/on-premise to SaaS migrations using structured change management
• Partner with client IT leadership on technical trade-offs and align business needs with platform capabilities
• Collaborate with internal Product Management and R&D engineering teams to influence technical roadmaps
• Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants

Requirements

• 8+ years implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions (ideally ECM)
• Proven technical leadership: leading project teams, negotiating complex compromises, and advising senior stakeholders through difficult decisions
• Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries
• Change management expertise and a track record driving adoption during legacy/on-premise to cloud SaaS migrations
• Mentorship experience coaching and developing junior consultants or technical team members
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving agility
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (no employment visa sponsorship)

Compensation

Total compensation: 240,000–380,000 PLN gross/year. The final offer may include other components such as a variable bonus and/or stock bonus, depending on experience and location.
