Description

You will manage configuration and validation documentation for Veeva eTMF/CTMS system changes, oversee change control from requirements through testing and validation, and translate business needs into scalable solutions with stakeholders and Digital QA. You will also implement and configure Veeva systems per specifications and track Veeva release updates and their impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and validation documentation for system changes
• Oversee system changes end-to-end, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
• Design and prototype solutions aligned to business needs
• Implement and configure Veeva systems according to defined specifications
• Perform testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality management principles and standards
• Track Veeva general release updates and manage release impact effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification
• Documented experience with Veeva eTMF
• Strong experience in impact assessments and system change management
• Hands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality
• Ability to manage system changes from requirements gathering to testing and validation
• Fluent English
