Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, owning complex platform configurations and helping clients adopt and evolve Veeva Vault solutions. You will lead legacy-to-cloud migrations, advise on technical trade-offs with client IT, and collaborate with product management and R&D engineering to influence future releases. You will also mentor junior consultants and provide architectural guidance across the regional hub.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements

• Lead client migrations from legacy/on-premise systems to modern SaaS platforms using structured change management

• Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs and align business needs with platform capabilities

• Collaborate with internal product management and R&D engineering to provide product feedback and shape future releases

• Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants

Requirements

• 8+ years implementing/supporting/administering core business and IT operations technology solutions, with hands-on configuration experience (ideally ECM)

• Demonstrated technical leadership: leading project teams and negotiating complex compromises for senior stakeholders

• Experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries

• Proven change management expertise driving adoption for legacy/on-prem to cloud SaaS migrations

• Mentorship experience coaching and developing junior consultants or technical team members

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Resident in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (employment visa sponsorship not available)
