Description

You will support program leaders and stream leaders with planning and coordination across a large, multi-team transformation program. The role includes defining schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deadlines; monitoring execution; identifying and escalating risks, blockers, and inter-stream dependencies; and ensuring alignment of plans across teams. You will also prepare and facilitate status reviews, coordination meetings, committees, workshops, and recurring program status reports for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordination across program streams

  • Maintain program schedules, milestones, and key dates

  • Monitor progress by stream and identify coordination needs

  • Identify blockers, risks, and cross-stream dependencies and support escalation/resolution

  • Ensure consistency of plans and actions across multiple teams

  • Prepare and run status reviews, coordination meetings, committees, and workshops

  • Produce recurring reports on program status, key risks, dependencies, decisions, and attention areas

  • Support decision materials for the program sponsor, steering committee, and management

  • Coordinate capturing and documenting key decisions and resulting actions

  • Support priority management and information flow across teams

  • Propose and implement organizational and methodological improvements to increase program efficiency

  • Collaborate with business, technology, and project teams to deliver aligned program goals

  • Support communication between key program stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience on large, complex programs or projects in large organizations

  • Experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or coordination of complex initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with planning, scheduling, and managing dependencies between teams/streams

  • Experience identifying, monitoring, and escalating risks, blockers, and problems

  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure execution consistency

  • Experience preparing status reports, management materials, and presentations for senior leadership

  • Experience preparing and facilitating status meetings, workshops, and program reviews

  • Strong organizational skills for managing many dependencies and parallel initiatives

  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups (operational/project teams through sponsor and management)

  • Analytical mindset to identify issues needing decisions or escalation

  • Independent, responsible, and proactive work style

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Very good English
