Description

You will support a Microsoft Competency Center team by coordinating client projects and day-to-day initiatives. The role involves managing several parallel, often smaller topics requiring strong organization, prioritization, and continuous coordination. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure agreements are delivered on time and information flows smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing topics and initiatives for clients

• Lead multiple parallel tasks/projects of varying scope

• Organize work of teams involved in delivery

• Monitor deadlines, status, and next steps

• Communicate with clients; align scope and priorities continuously

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues; respond early

• Ensure agreed actions are executed and closed

• Prepare status updates and report progress

• Collaborate with technical experts and Microsoft Competency Center teams

• Support organizing and improving customer service processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager / IT Project Manager or similar

• Experience running multiple topics concurrently

• Strong organization and ability to set priorities

• Independence and proactive approach

• Communication skills with clients and technical teams

• Ability to monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and statuses

• IT work experience

• Strong English proficiency
