Description

You will support the team as a staff function for the Germany-wide realization of strategic initiatives and cross-project coordination. The role includes KPI and reporting analyses, preparation of management/decision templates, and stakeholder management—especially for digital topics and process optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Support nationwide implementation of strategic and cross-cutting initiatives

• Coordinate interfaces with other projects

• Support cross-project KPI and reporting analyses

• Prepare management and decision-making presentations

• Help develop and professionalize the management team

• Stakeholder and interface management, particularly for digital topics and optimization

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, or a Natural Science (PhD advantageous) or equivalent qualification

• Experience in project management for large projects

• Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Platform, AI applications, and digital project management

• Process and Lean management knowledge is advantageous

• Confident communication across different management levels

• Excellent English and negotiation-level German
