• Contract: B2B through end of 2026 (with option to extend or move to other Pega international projects)

Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade application components on the Pega platform. The work includes end-to-end case lifecycle management, data models, business rules, and UI, plus integration development and enforcing Pega architecture standards. You will also support the team with code reviews and architecture/design refinement sessions while strengthening engineering best practices and CI/CD in the Pega ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced components of Pega applications

• Implement end-to-end Case Lifecycle Management, data models, business rules, and user interfaces (UI)

• Create and optimize system integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based interfaces)

• Enforce Pega architectural standards, design patterns, and Guardrails

• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance for less experienced engineers

• Participate in solution design, estimates, and refinement sessions

• Collaborate closely with Business Architects, QA specialists, and DevOps engineers

• Develop engineering best practices and support a CI/CD approach in the Pega ecosystem

Requirements

• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification (mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience on the Pega platform

• Documented experience designing and implementing Pega solutions at enterprise scale

• Very good knowledge of Pega 8.x (case types, flows, UI, rules, data pages)

• Practical integration knowledge (REST, SOAP, batch/file-based)

• English proficiency at least B2+ for daily collaboration in an international team
