Description

You will lead the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery for enterprise-grade Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions built on the PEGA platform. As the technical authority, you will govern PEGA architecture and best practices, ensuring scalability and performance while aligning integrations with architectural standards. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor PEGA delivery teams throughout the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern technical architecture of PEGA-based solutions
  • Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale CLM and KYC platforms
  • Drive PEGA best practices, coding standards, and solution governance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead end-to-end delivery from solution design through deployment
  • Mentor and support PEGA developers and architects
  • Ensure integrations with internal and external systems align with architectural standards
  • Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support solution performance optimization and platform scalability
  • Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making processes

Requirements

  • PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification
  • Minimum 8 years of PEGA development experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead System Architect role
  • Strong experience with CLM solutions
  • Strong experience with KYC frameworks and regulatory processes
  • Deep understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, and application design principles
  • Experience leading large-scale PEGA implementations
  • Strong expertise in system integrations and enterprise architecture patterns
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in banking or financial services (highly preferred)
