Description

You will conceive, develop, and evaluate scalable architectures based on the Pega platform for digital transformation programs. You will integrate Pega solutions into existing application and enterprise architectures and create intelligent automation, case-management, and decisioning capabilities (e.g., Customer Decision Hub / Next-Best-Action). You’ll also support presales activities and take technical responsibility in software development and consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and assess scalable Pega-based architectures for digital transformation

• Integrate Pega solutions into existing application and enterprise architectures

• Build intelligent automation, case management, and decisioning solutions (e.g., Customer Decision Hub, Next-Best-Action)

• Support presales, proposal creation, and collaboration with expert teams (national and international)

• Own subject-matter responsibility in software development and consulting engagements and grow Pega teams

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification plus multiple years of Pega project experience with architecture ownership

• Pega SSA or Pega LSA certification

• Experience designing integration, automation, and business process solutions using the Pega platform

• Ideally experience in Public Sector or Defense environments

• Ideally experience or knowledge of AI-enabled decisioning and automation solutions

• Excellent German and English skills; strong communication and structured work style; collaborative experience in international teams
