Description

You will serve as the technical authority for a large-scale financial services transformation, designing and governing PEGA architecture for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions. You will lead architecture decisions, ensure scalability and performance, and guide delivery teams across the full application lifecycle. The role also emphasizes mentoring developers and aligning integrations with architectural standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and govern the technical architecture of PEGA-based solutions

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise CLM and KYC platforms

• Drive PEGA best practices, coding standards, and solution governance

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Lead end-to-end delivery from solution design through deployment

• Mentor and support PEGA developers and architects

• Ensure integrations with internal and external systems follow architectural standards

• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• Support performance optimization and platform scalability

• Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making

Requirements

• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification

• 8+ years of PEGA development experience

• 2+ years in a Lead System Architect role

• Strong CLM experience

• Strong KYC and regulatory processes experience

• Deep knowledge of PEGA architecture, case management, and application design principles

• Experience leading large-scale PEGA implementations

• Strong systems integration and enterprise architecture patterns expertise

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Banking/financial services experience preferred
