Description

Lead programs for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions by managing customer release management, coordinating with managed services and stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement roadmaps for Veeva Vault products. You will oversee agile release methodology and partner with QA, IT, and Business teams to drive customer adoption of Vault and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary customer liaison and manage communication between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties

• Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting

• Support analysis of customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps

• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on holistic success and continuous improvement

• Lead a team of technical Veeva colleagues to develop and execute a strategic roadmap of enhancements for customer Veeva Vault products

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management

• Proven program management track record leading implementation and/or post-implementation teams with strong technical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Program Management Certification or equivalent relevant experience

• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (employment visa sponsorship is not available)
