Description

Support end-to-end delivery of telecom solutions across design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases. Coordinate design, integration, validation, and acceptance activities, reviewing technical documentation (HLD, LLD, test strategies, ATPs, MOPs) and supporting project planning, risk mitigation, and status reporting. Work with delivery, support, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate testing and customer-facing technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support design, integration, validation, and acceptance activities
• Review HLD/LLD, test strategies, ATPs, and MOPs
• Participate in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation
• Monitor progress and provide technical status updates and reports
• Support customer-facing activities and technical discussions
• Collaborate with R&D, Care, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate testing and acceptance activities

Requirements

• Experience in telecom software solutions, integration, or system engineering
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and databases: MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, or Aerospike
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, and SNMP
• Experience with application integration in complex or multi-domain environments
• Familiarity with VNF/CNF architectures, cloud technologies, and platforms such as OpenStack or VMware
• Understanding of telecom domains including HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, IMS, VoLTE, and mobile network integration
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom service architectures
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
