Description

Lead the design and delivery of complex, scalable, and secure enterprise integration solutions across APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement, defining integration standards and recommending improvements. Tackle highly intricate integration problems—often where no clear precedent exists—while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or SAP Integration Suite
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solution designs aligned to long-term strategy
• Implement enterprise API and event-driven integration strategies that promote reusability and modularity
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues using advanced expertise
• Recommend and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance integration capabilities
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to integration engineers and team members
• Collaborate with business units, IT departments, and external vendors to deliver robust integration solutions
• Establish and enforce best practices for integration testing, monitoring, performance optimization, and technical documentation for governance and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in integration engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical role
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-grade integration platforms and technologies
• Mastery designing and implementing complex integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (required)
• Deep expertise in API-led connectivity, API design (RAML, OpenAPI), API security, and API lifecycle management
