Product Specialist / Technical Integration Engineer (AI & Integrations)

Description

You’ll act as the technical point of contact for partners, help integrate new platforms and partners, and progressively contribute to product development—especially automation. You’ll set up partner accounts and API connections, analyze issues using logs and PostgreSQL data, test changes before release, and improve documentation. The role also involves building internal applications and using AI as a practical development tool.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales and partners as the technical point of contact; coordinate integration steps
• Create and configure new partner accounts in the MPI system and on individual marketplaces (API connections, configuration, verification)
• Propose product and technical improvements to MPI based on real operational data and client needs; prepare Jira tasks and iterate with developers
• Analyze application and request logs with Kibana and investigate root causes with PostgreSQL
• Ensure release quality by testing new features in a test environment and verifying in production
• Maintain and develop technical integration documentation using marketplaces’ REST APIs
• Design and build internal applications, scripts, and automations for operations and customer-facing processes
• Use in-house AI/internal tooling (not a generic ChatGPT workflow) to solve complex and routine tasks using company data

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role in SaaS or a software product (integrations, support L2/L3, QA, analytics, or development)
• Strong SQL; ability to work independently with data and logs
• Ability to script, ideally in Python; can work with Java code
• Daily experience with REST APIs plus JSON and XML
• Can take a business problem through analysis, technical design, and testing
• Can use AI as a work/development tool
• Can spot repetitive manual work and propose automation
• Effective technical communication (partner-friendly explanations and developer-level discussions)
• English B2+ plus Czech or Slovak
• Plus: experience with e-commerce/marketplaces (Allegro, Kaufland, Amazon)
• Plus: experience with AWS and CI/CD and technical product development
