Description

You will combine manual testing of integration interfaces and database solutions (especially in Oracle environments) with the creation of technical and user documentation.

The work includes preparing test scenarios and sets, running manual integration tests, verifying functionality against requirements, and collaborating with developers to fix defects.

You will translate technical details into clear materials for end users, including manuals, help content, training materials, and guides for new features.

Responsibilities

• Test integration interfaces and database solutions, especially with Oracle

• Create test scenarios and test sets; perform manual integration testing

• Verify system functionality and adherence to the specification; collaborate with the development team to resolve issues

• Produce technical and user documentation for products across the ecosystem

• Create user manuals, help content, training materials, and guides for new functionality

• Work with developers, product managers, and trainers to convert technical content into understandable formats

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT and software development

• Experience with manual software testing, ideally for integrations or databases

• Basic SQL knowledge and orientation in relational databases

• Ability to work in an agile environment and respond quickly to changes

• Team spirit, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to improve workflows

• Ability to actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) for documentation, information analysis, and daily work
