Description

Work on complex IT and telecommunications projects spanning TDM/VoIP architectures, call centers and recording systems, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), and implementation of advanced AI applications. The position includes occasional technical on-call duties and travel to client sites. Training, certifications, and technical growth are supported.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in delivery of telecommunications and network projects (TDM/VoIP, call-center and recording systems)

• Contribute to deployment of AI-enabled applications

• Work with LAN/WAN architectures and networking protocols

• Provide support during occasional technical on-call rotations

Requirements

• Completed secondary technical education with a high school graduation (maturita), IT track preferred

• Driver’s license category B and readiness to travel to clients

• English skills for communication with support

• Willingness to join occasional technical on-call duties
