Description

You’ll be responsible for producing large amounts of video ads for a jewelry brand centered on engagement and wedding rings. The work is varied: sometimes short Reels shot on an iPhone, and sometimes higher-quality videos shot on a camera, including pro lighting, audio, and direction. You will often create the concept from scratch and realize it fully—or mainly edit existing footage.

Responsibilities

• Generate content ideas and hooks from zero

• Plan and produce video ads for Meta (Meta Ads)

• Shoot on iPhone and on a professional camera setup

• Direct, light, and capture high-quality footage

• Edit videos for hours and deliver finished ads/Reels

• Prepare for upcoming shoots and manage post-production workflow

Requirements

• Must have a portfolio with video samples

• Ability to handle end-to-end video production (ideation → filming → lighting → editing)

• Experience with both iPhone filming and dedicated camera shooting

• Understanding of lenses, microphones, and lighting

• Strong editing skills and genuine enjoyment of editing for long periods

• Availability for at least ~100 hours per month (preferably full-time)

• Ability to attend roughly 4 shooting days per month
