Description

You will turn Filip’s podcasts, videos, talks, and notes into high-performing social media content. By reviewing transcripts and selecting the strongest passages, you will choose the right formats (shorts, YouTube videos, posts, newsletters, articles, carousels) and use AI-assisted workflows to draft assets such as cuts, titles, captions, and related text. You will then compare results with the source material, fix details, and deliver approval-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Select topics and key passages from podcast and YouTube source material

• Create short-form and other content formats (titles, descriptions, chapters, publication materials)

• Write and produce posts, newsletters, articles, carousels, references, and campaign content

• Prepare copy and design briefs; refine more complex deliverables with a designer

• Maintain oversight of work-in-progress and finalize each output for approval

• Propose what Filip should record next (topics, themes, and formats)

Requirements

• Excellent Czech and ability to shorten or restructure text without losing meaning

• Editorial judgment to identify a strong point, correct angle, and fit for the audience

• Content and visual taste; ability to explain what doesn’t work and why

• Independence to own deliverables and bring them to approval

• Willingness to learn and use AI for content production
