Description

You will create regular, original content for two company brands (photos, video, reels, stories, and articles) and document day-to-day operations in an authentic way. The role goes beyond a basic social media manager: you’ll track trends, work with insights, and build meaningful strategies that turn ideas into campaigns. You’ll also actively manage the team’s LinkedIn profiles, run ad campaigns for warm leads, and appear in content as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate profiles and publish content regularly (photos, videos, reels, stories, articles)

• Capture and share authentic daily business life (in and outside the office)

• Manage LinkedIn profiles for the whole team: brand building and networking

• Set up and run comprehensive social media strategy and advertising campaigns

• Be visible in team content: short reels, interviews, and filming with the team

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in social media content creation

• Ability to organize work independently; creative but practical approach

• Works physically in the office as part of a team (with occasional agreed remote work)

• Ability to provide clear direction and drive social media performance improvement

• Willingness to act as a visible face of the company in content
