Description

You will lead video projects from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, and final delivery, creating high-quality content that makes complex crypto topics easier to understand. You’ll elevate storytelling with motion graphics and occasional still imagery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and refine content using feedback and data. You’ll also research and experiment with AI tools to streamline production and improve visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production: concept, storyboarding, filming, editing, final delivery

• Collaborate with creative, design, product, and education stakeholders to align content with the brand vision

• Create polished motion graphics and animations to bring static designs to life

• Handle occasional photography needs (e.g., corporate headshots, team photos, brand event documentation)

• Research and apply AI tools to improve workflows and visual quality

• Take charge on set: lighting, audio, and camera setups during studio or on-location shoots

• Iterate and improve deliverables based on feedback and data

Requirements

• Strong eye for composition and pacing with a portfolio showing high production value

• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects

• Proficiency in, or strong enthusiasm for, AI tools to improve workflows (e.g., Midjourney for mood boards, AI-enhanced editing)

• Based in Prague or willing to relocate to work from the local studio

• Ability to collaborate closely and provide/receive constructive feedback

• Organized and deadline-oriented; able to manage multiple projects

• Curiosity about the crypto industry (crypto/fintech background is a plus)
