Description

You will create and publish daily video and editorial content for three channels, owning the entire workflow from ideation to final export—shooting, lighting, editing, grading, captions, thumbnails, titles/descriptions, and publishing. You’ll also produce performance-oriented video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube by generating multiple hook/format/length variants for testing in campaigns. The work blends business/educational trading content with luxury/fashion editorial aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ideate content daily for all three channels (formats, hook ideas, series) and maintain a publishing calendar

• Shoot video and photo in real-life settings in office and on the road; capture both long-form and short-form formats

• Edit and grade footage; create subtitles/captions

• Create and optimize thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and hooks based on click-through and retention goals

• Film and edit performance video ad variants for Meta/TikTok/YouTube (different hooks, formats, and durations)

• Style shoots (locations, outfits, props, mise-en-scène) with creative input

• Publish and monitor metrics to adjust next week’s content

• Gradually build a team with freelance editors, photographers, and AI tools as the workload grows

Requirements

• Strong understanding of what top YouTube content looks like today (storytelling, tempo, retention)

• Excellent hands-on craft across camera, lighting, sound, editing, and grading; demonstrable portfolio

• Ability to combine luxury/fashion aesthetic sensibility with business and educational content

• Proactive daily content pitching and readiness to lead filming logistics

• Comfort working daily in Prague and traveling with the team (conferences, meetups)

• English proficiency for captions/subtitles and conducting interviews with international guests
