Quick Facts

• Role: Content Creator for social media advertising (reels, video ads, AI & simple design)

• Work model: Mostly remote (about 80% from home); new videos ~4x per month

• Collaboration: Directly with the marketing/ad team

• Pay range: 30,000 CZK to 110,000 CZK per month (flexible based on skills and engagement)

Description

You’ll create and edit a variety of social media ad content—sometimes on-camera video ads, sometimes short reels, plus AI or simple Canva graphics. Ideas will come from you: you’ll develop concepts from scratch and either produce new assets or edit existing ones for long stretches. Expect plenty of iteration and feedback using Facebook and Instagram ad performance data.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising content for Facebook/Instagram

• Shoot and speak on camera for video ads when needed

• Produce short reels and static/simple graphics

• Generate content ideas from scratch and execute them end-to-end

• Edit video ads extensively (long editing sessions)

• Collaborate closely with the marketing/ad lead(s)

Requirements

• Portfolio with videos where you speak directly to the camera (required)

• Experience creating social media content across many outputs (dozens preferred)

• Ability to ideate and fully produce content from scratch

• Advanced CapCut skills for editing and producing short-form video

• Proficiency with Canva for creating simple graphics

• Experience using AI tools for content creation

• Comfortable spending extended time editing
