Description

You will create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels, combining creativity with performance. The job covers the full workflow from concept and script through filming (product and on-camera) and editing when needed, with a strong focus on hooks, pacing, structure, and CTAs. You will collaborate with the performance team to track what works and produce iterations based on results.

Responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative angles for communicating products
• Shoot product videos, educational content, short social formats, ads, interviews, references/testimonials, and content featuring internal or external creators
• Use provided equipment and independently execute each video approach
• Monitor performance with the performance team and create further variants based on results
• Stay up to date with trends and new formats while ensuring content remains brand-aligned and platform-native
• Propose improvements to how the brand produces video content

Requirements

• Real experience producing video content for brands, companies, or personal projects
• Understanding of how brand video differs from Reels/TikTok and performance creative
• Practical experience with video creation and post-production tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to generate ideas without needing a fully detailed script for every video
• Strong knowledge of first-shot impact, hook, pacing, message structure, and CTAs
• Ability to work with camera, lighting, and sound; strong visual judgment
• Ability to coach people in front of the camera for natural delivery
• Interest in not only visuals, but also video results/metrics
• Independent working style and proactive production improvements
• Good English; comfortable with everyday professional communication
